About Pascal
Pascal lives and breathes Adtech. He earned his first dollar with affiliate marketing at the age of 16, before joining Coca-Cola as digital Marketer. Here he was part of a team of experts, that build and scaled the analytical and operational backbone of the digital B2B marketing channels.
He then leveraged his entrepreneurial spirit and niche knowledge to build an agency, that focuses on B2B conversion tracking & digital touchpoint optimizations as Whitelabel solution for perfomance marketing agencies.
Following his passion for AdTech and Gaming, he then joined the AdTech startup “Freecash” as an account & partnership manager, where he quickly fell in love with the tech, the people and the velocity of the rewarded gaming market.
Since November 2024 until today, he helps companies in the rewarded gaming space to solve growth challenges, make the switch to direct advertiser relationships work and understand the market better.
He choose the pinguin as the company logo, because of its nickname as a kid: “Kowalski”, referring to one of the “Pinguins from Madagaskar” and highlighting his conultative & analytical approach.
